Our journey began with a simple goal: to provide reliable and quality insurance services to our communities nationwide. Today, that goal still remains at the heart of everything we do thanks to the dedication and determination of one individual, Ray H. Perez.
Starting from a spare bedroom in his home, Ray laid the foundation for the company’s core values that continue to guide us today. By applying effective communication with our broker team and being available when needed, Ray established a straightforward yet effective formula that has stood the test of time. During the early days of Group One USA Insurance, meeting new agents at a local cafe to welcome them to our organization was common. To express our appreciation, we would treat an agent to a complimentary coffee of their choosing.
These simple gestures not only showed our appreciation, it also built a trust and a belief with agents who placed their faith in Group One. We are proud to say, many of these agents remain part of our family today.
Witnessing his focus and drive over time, we realize that our consistent growth and success in the insurance industry is the result our dedication and determination. In 2024, we have grown to offer our services across 29 states, providing guidance to our clients and providing unparalleled support to our broker team.
